Sign Up (Email)

1. Go to shiru.io and click Get Started, then Sign Up
2. Enter your email address and create a password
   • Password must be 8+ characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character
3. Check your inbox for a 6-digit PIN
4. Enter the PIN on the verification screen — it auto-submits when you type all 6 digits
5. Done — your email is verified and you’re signed in!

Tip: The PIN expires after 30 minutes. If it expires, click Resend PIN to get a new one (you can resend every 60 seconds).

Wallet Connection (Optional)

Wallet connection via SIWE (Sign-In with Ethereum) is available as an additional feature — not a required sign-up method. You can connect your wallet later from the dashboard for DeFi trading features.

What is SIWE? Sign-In with Ethereum lets you prove you own a wallet address by signing a message. No transaction is made, no funds are moved, and your private key is never shared.

Signing In (Returning Users)

1. Click Login on the auth choice page
2. Enter your email and password
3. You’re redirected to your dashboard

Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password on the sign-in page to receive a reset email.

What Happens Next?

After your first sign-in, you’ll be guided through onboarding:

1. Choose your type — Individual, Business, or Startup
2. Complete KYC/KYB — identity verification (Individual → KYC, Business/Startup → KYB)
3. Take the investment survey — define your risk profile and preferences
4. Access your dashboard — view your AI-generated investment strategy

You must complete each step in order. If you leave, you’ll resume exactly where you stopped.

Session & Security

• Sessions stay active while you’re using the app
• Extended inactivity requires re-authentication
• Signing out clears your session and tokens immediately
• Tokens are auto-refreshed in the background — no interruptions
